Refund policy

Every order is baked with love and care, we take pride in producing top quality products every time, however, in the event that there is an issue with your order or you are not happy with your order please read & follow our refund policy.

Cancellation Policy for Custom orders

  • Cancellations 3 days or less from pick up date will result in NO refund a credit may be issued.
  • Cancellations 6-13 days before pick up result in 60% refund or credit.
  • Cancellations 14 days or more from pick up date result in full refund or credit

    Please be aware that due to the nature of custom orders and the amount of preparation we do when you place an order for a custom cake these cancellation dates have been put in place to cover any costs that may be lost due to cancelations. We may make exceptions for special circumstances.

     

    Refund Policy

    We do our best to ensure all of our orders can transported safely without damage, it is important to handle your order with great care as The Sweet Treat Co will not accept liability or issue refunds for any damage to your cake once your order has been collected/delivered.
